As of September 1, 2020, S & L Association Management has become part of Avalon!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, S & L Association Management, Inc. is closing our doors as of August 31, 2020.
The good news is that Avalon Management is stepping in and will be managing your community as of September 1, 2020
In fact, Avalon is located in the building right next to the S & L office, so if you need to visit us, you can just take 15 steps to the left and you will be at Avalon’s front door! To learn more about Avalon Management click here: Avalon
The great news is that most of S & L Association Management’s staff will be transitioning to Avalon.
Payments: There is currently NO CHANGE in how you remit your association payment.
Emails: The current S & L Association email addresses will be valid through September 30, 2020.

Avalon is in the process of building a website and a mobile app for every community, so watch your mail and emails for important updates. An improved member portal and payment information will be implemented soon, but until November 1st, you can continue to use the owner portal and bank portal you have been using.
